We’ve been handling Treadstone Products’ trade PR for a number of years supporting their seasonal product promotions. To help them promote their new ClipGlove gardening gloves range, Treadstone tasked us with finding a way to compete in a busy market and reach out to their target audience.
A 3-month content management plan was developed and implemented to target social media channels, trade press and consumer media, which included a cost-effective social media approach of paid for advertising complemented by organic activity.
Three Facebook adverts were placed over a period of 3-months and each over performed on industry and UK averages. The adverts achieved a total reach of over 138,000, a cost per action of just £0.15 against an industry average of £35.07, a click through rate of 1.35% against an industry average of 0.7%.
